SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

 

Our goal is to make sure that every customer is satisfied with their purchase and experience with Llacie. If for some reason you are having an issue placing an order or you simply have a question about an item, don't hesitate to contact us at customercare@llacie.com, one of the girls on the Llacie team will be happy to help you.

Once an order is placed WE CANNOT CANCEL, ADJUST, ADD OR CHANGE your order in any way. Please double check your items in your cart. We start shipping immediately. 
We will NOT price match previous orders.
Items sell out fast. Your cart will not hold items. If you have items in your cart, someone else can buy them before you checkout. We are not responsible if this happens.
ONLY ONE CODE IS ALLOWED AT CHECKOUT

 

WHAT'S THE RETURN POLICY? 

All returned items must be back at our warehouse within 14 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 14 business days will be denied. If the return is denied, you will need to email to pay for it to be shipped back to you. If we receive items that are not eligible for returns we will send you an email about getting it back to you. If we don't receive a response within one month, the items will be donated.

All returnable items may be returned for STORE CREDIT ONLY. We do not issue refunds. We do not cover any shipping cost, customers are responsible for shipping costs.

Llacie is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All our shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

ORDERS CAN NOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED! Payment is processed automatically once your order is placed. Order processing is 1-3 business days. Order changes cannot be made. Your order will appear unfulfilled until it ships.

  

CAN I USE MORE THAN ONE PROMOTION CODE?

You can only use ONE promotion code per order! We are NOT responsible if the code is not entered at checkout as the code is a gift and payment is processed automatically.

When using a Gift Card and a Promotion Code, you must enter the Gift Card Code First, then enter the Promotion Code.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ONLINE STORE CREDIT CODE? 

As soon as your return items reach the warehouse we ask that you would allow us two weeks to process your return and issue the online store credit code. Each code is valid only to the customer who purchased the items.

 

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER? 

All orders placed Monday-Friday will be shipped out within 48 hours after payment has been cleared. 
We do not ship on weekends. ALL ORDERS ARE SHIPPED MONDAY-FRIDAY.  
Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be shipped out within 48 hours of the next business day. 

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA:

We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of US) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be and we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.

 

HOW TO RETURN?

To return:
Please ensure that the returned item is shipped back in its original form, tags attached and unworn, order number MUST be included in the return. Order number can be written on a piece of paper or on top of the packaging with a sharpie. All returns without the order number will NOT be accepted. All items are inspected after arrival to determine if eligible for store credit.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. 
Customer must provide tracking information. We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your return is LOST and we did not receive tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and you will NOT receive store credit.
We have a 14 day return policy which means we must receive the package back in our facility within 14 days.
All returns that are received after 14 days will NOT be eligible for store credit. Items received after 14 days will be shipped back to the customer.
